We need to perform urgent maintenance on the logging subsystem used by the Certificate Issuance and DSS APIs. For a period of up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window, the /counters endpoints (and /stats for HVCA) will be unavailable, returning HTTP 503.
Other API functionality is expected to be unaffected during this work.
