We will be performing urgent maintenance to apply the permanent solution supplied by the vendor following the incident that occurred on Friday 19 May.
The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance.
Affected services: GCC UI, GCC API, RA, Site Seal, JCAN UI, Timestamp
- Access to GCC UI to request, issue or revoke certificates will be unavailable.
- Certificate issuance via API will be unavailable.
- Access to the certificate download URL will be unavailable.
- Verification of certificate issuance through links in GCC emails will be unavailable.
- Same unavailability will occur in JCAN system.
- Display of Site Seal on customers' websites will be unavailable.
