Update

Our ISP has confirmed the root cause and is implementing changes to prevent similar disruption in future. We are also changing some settings on our side to increase resilience. We will leave this incident in "Monitoring" status for the moment just to be sure, but all systems are operating as expected at the current time.

Monitoring

We have recently experienced intermittent errors on the Atlas APIs. This seems to be related to connectivity issues with one of our ISPs. The platform is currently operating normally, however we are closely monitoring and are tuning the system to reduce the probability of any further problems.
